Party FAQ

What if I need to cancel?

​

• Party cancelations can not be made less than 7 days in advance, should you cancel or reschedule your party less than 7 days in advance you will be charged the full amount of the party.

• Parties can be rescheduled 1 time only. The new date must be a time we choose that is less busy and not during our peak hours, we will go over the options with you should you need to reschedule.

When can I check in for the party?​

• You are able to check in 15 minutes prior to the party start time

What if I need to add more guests to my party?​

• The first 10 guests going on attractions are included in the prices

• After the 10th guest each addiontal guest going on attractions is; $19 for Basic Parties, $24 for Deluxe Parties and $32 for Elite Parties

• There is No charge for those Not going on attractions

Is the Birthday Kid included in the package?​

• Yes, the birthday kid is included in the package 

Can we Bring in Food or Drinks?​

• Sorry due to health code and insurance rules we Can Not allow any outside food or drinks with the exception of store bought Cake or Cupcakes.
